Developer Command Prompt (devCmd) version 1.1 adds support for Visual Studio 2017 RC

Developer Command Prompt (devCmd) – Open Developer Command Prompt from Visual Studio IDE, Execute Commands directly from IDE, Can be accessed from Tools Menu, Solution Explorer, Toolbar.

v1.1 adds support for Visual Studio 2017 RC.
